This dress is two layers that are connected at the top - the white under layer is a lovely medium weight rayon and the top layer is an intricate perforated black rayon that hangs and feels like silk. Raglan shoulders and Peter Pan collar made from leatherette. Very soft and comfortable. Collar closes with hook and eye. This shirt dress is meant to be worn slightly over sized and not body hugging.
